What's wrong wit' chawlWhat Is Wrong With You All negroes

Two different incidents with different outcomes. Anthony Holland, Jr., is in a mental institution while Aaliyah Jack is facing a life sentence.

Instead of jostling for political advantage, "judicial equanimity" is lacking.

"What's wrong wit' chawl? What's wrong with you all, Negroes?" Every turn, one way or the other you're killing one another; politically, culturally, judicially and every other way thought of. Do you even know when to hush. Isn't the violence on the streets enough for you all. You are doing Mr. Cholly's work for him. Most of all.

Now, get yourself on the right track, equanimity in jurisprudence is the thing of most concern in Louisiana specifically, the south generally and Mississippi inclusively.

For us Louisianans our focus comes to New Iberia and West Monroe and Calcasieu's Lake Charles.

Two different incidents, one involving a black mother, her children & death and abandonment; the other involving a black 18 year old woman, dismemberment with remains found in the Ouachita River in Catahoula parish.

The Calcasieu incidents culminated with an arrest in Mississippi and a conviction in Lake Charles. Mother of La. 'Miracle Baby’ Accused of Murdering Her 4-Year-Old

It’s literally to see if he can stand trial! I really hate today’s justice system cause why are we playing with somebody who cut somebody’s head and body parts off and tried to clean up and hide all evidence. This is just sickening😡

A little update⚠️

Aaliyah N. Jack, 25, was arrested on Monday, July 8, and initially charged with failure to report a missing child, police said. She has now been charged with additional offenses, including murder.

Her 1-year-old son, who the local sheriff has dubbed “our miracle baby,” was rescued by a trucker on a Louisiana highway after the child reportedly spent two days outside alone, Calcasieu Parish Sheriff Gary “Stitch” Guillory said at a press conference, according to the Associated Press.
JACK FOUND GUILTY AS CHARGED OF MURDER AND CRUELTY TO JUVENILES
On September 14th, Aaliyah N. Jack, 28, Lake Charles, was found Guilty as Charged of Second Degree Murder and Cruelty to Juveniles.
In 2024, Jack Abandoned her four year old son at welcome center, where he was later found deceased in a body of water. After Jack abandoned her four year old son, she then abandoned her one year old son in a ditch on the side of Interstate 10 where he was found two days later by a truck driver.
“A mother’s most basic responsibility is to protect her children. Aaliyah Jack abandoned that responsibility in the most devastating way possible. She left one child alone at a welcome center and then abandoned another child in a ditch along Interstate 10. One of those children died as a result. There is no excuse for what happened to these innocent children, and this verdict ensures that Jack will be held accountable for her actions. While nothing can bring this child back or erase what these children endured, this conviction delivers justice on their behalf. I am grateful to the prosecutors, law enforcement officers, first responders, and everyone who refused to let these children’s suffering go unanswered,” said District Attorney Stephen Dwight
Sentencing for Jack will be November 5th before Judge Michael Canaday.

"Jurisprudence equanimity" must be realized. It should be evident; Aaliyah Jack is emotionally and mentally disturbed.

“I hurt my kids before anybody hurt my kids,” Jack said in the recording.
“Aaliyah, you did that?” her mother asked.
“Yes, ma’am,” she replied. “Aw, no,” her mother wailed.
“I know. I know,” Jack said over her mother’s cries.
